. He graduated from the Kirksville College Of Osteoopathy with honors, but had someone do much of his reading and he would outline and take notes. While interning he married a nurse, Alberta, and set up practice in Dawson and Blooming Grove, Texas. This was an area that had no doctors, so he never got drafted. After the war they moved to Ft. Worth.
